STEEL FABRICATION
Our AISC certified shop is comprised of some of the most skilled fabricators in southern Arizona - driven by pride and integrity.
As a member of the Cutting Edge team, our number one goal is to provide quality products that not only meet, but exceed industry standards. We have the ability and capacity to process and fabricate over 1,000 tons of steel per month.
CNC ROBOTIC PLASMA
Our state-of-the-art robotic CNC plasma cutting systems have revolutionized our fabrication process. The advanced technology provided by these sophisticated machines has allowed for increased production and reduced lead time for structural steel - all while maintaining the highest level of precision and accuracy.
We have made the decision to cut back on our in-house erection crews and have opted to utilize first class erectors on the majority of our projects. This has allotted more time and energy to be devoted toward ensuring quality pre-construction design & fabrication - This has led to smoother jobs during the erection phase as well as increased overall productivity and efficiency.

DETAILING & DESIGN
In-house detailing has increased our overall proficiency in fabrication, as well as ease of erection in the field. All of our detailers have had previous field experience - gaining knowledge and expertise essential to pre-construction planning during the modeling phase.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In a true effort to help facilitate the seamless fabrication and building of the future, our project management team consists of experienced professionals whose mission is to provide our contractors with timely deliveries of high quality fabricated steel. It is our goal to continue to build lasting working relationships and to conduct a business we can continue to take pride in.

Founded in 2002, Cutting Edge Fabrication was built upon can-do attitude. Starting off in a shop smaller than 2,000 square feet, our internal drive for growth and success has led us to where we are today.
In 2008, we erected what is now our current home. The Cutting Edge facility consists of a 25,000 square foot shop and surrounding 5 acres, equipped with advanced machinery essential to increased production and expedient delivery.
